New data indicates a change in Berlin’s regulations for the reissuance of a driving license following its withdrawal. An application can now be submitted six months before a court-imposed driving ban concludes.
Additionally, aspiring professional drivers seeking licenses for classes C and D can apply for the Driver Qualification Certificate (FQN) concurrently with their license reapplication. This certificate replaces the former key number ’95’ on the license.
