Labour hire companies are ineligible for the employer-sponsored program.
Western Australia has outlined new eligibility criteria for its skilled migration streams. The state now requires both migrants and employers to be involved in the commercial and residential building and construction sector within Western Australia. This applies to employer-sponsored visas (482, 494, 186) and state-nominated visas (190, 491).
Additionally, labour hire companies are ineligible for the employer-sponsored program.
