Western Australia Updates Student and Migration Rules

Flootloop has detected an update to migration and overseas student rules in Western Australia (AU). The changes clarify requirements for international students and skilled migration applicants in the state.
Overseas students in Australia are now limited to 25% online study. They must also have at least one face-to-face subject per teaching period, in accordance with the ESOS Act.
For skilled migration, WA Migration Services will issue only one invitation per Expression of Interest (EOI) and nominate an applicant only once per program year, which runs from July to June. A new EOI will be required for any further invitations.
